Takeover Magento partner Vivendo

vivendo logo iMerge - investor in ICEshop, Batavi, Futurumshop and ICEcat - buys the leading Dutch Magento Commerce provider Vivendo. "A quick relaunch was essential for recovering customer satisfaction and preventing lasting brand damage", according to iMerge ceo Martijn Hoogeveen.
iMerge buys - after a successful bid and a relaunch plan - all assets of bankrupt Vivendo from curator Jan Davids and continues with a part of the Vivendo staff. Last Monday, a formal agreement was reached for the takeover.

Channel Expo 2010 London, may 12 & 13

channelexpo Channel Expo 2010 will be held at National Hall, Kensington Olympia, London. This annual exhibition features an array of new products, launches and educational features, which combined make Channel Expo the essential event for today's resellers. ICEshop and ICEcat will present their services and of course the newest on Batavi will be an interesting subject for most visitors.

New on Batavi: Comcom

The new webshop for Comcom is implemented by ICEshop on the latest version of Batavi platform. ComCom.nl is a subsidiary of Dynamation IT Professionals B.V. and located in Eindhoven. For more than 15 years, Dynamation delivers ICT services for government and SME and it's team of technical engineers is certified for Microsoft and Apple. Comcom is member of Thuiswinkel.org and offers more than 50.000 products in ICT en Electronics.

New on Batavi: Otto's

ICEshop launched new Batavi webshop for Otto's. Royal Otto's Office Centre is known nationwide in the Netherlands for more than 130 years and a major supplier of office supplies, - machines, ICT, service and interior projects. ICEshop implemented template according Otto's design styling and integrated the shop to its data- and messaging services:
